New Research on the State of 21st Century Acupuncture in the United States

I recently collaborated on an article sharing simple do-it-yourself stress reduction acupressure techniques.  The points selected by myself and my colleagues are accessible for performing self-acupressure, so neither acupuncture needles nor an acupuncturist are required to benefit from these points.  These are simple help-yourself methods you can do on the train, at work, before bed, etc.  They can be pressed anywhere, any time for immediate stress relief.  Enjoy!
